PayClarity Services Private Limited ("PayClarity", "we", "us", "our") operates a platform that connects retailers, distributors and customers to AEPS, BBPS, DMT, MATM, CMS and Insurance services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We use the information collected to verify identity and complete KYC, process transactions across all services, maintain transaction records for reconciliation and regulatory reporting, communicate updates and respond to support requests, and improve the security and reliability of our platform.
We share information with RBI-licensed banking and NBFC partners, NPCI, BBPS aggregators, and insurance partners strictly as required to process transactions. We do not sell personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
We apply encryption in transit and at rest, restrict access to KYC documents and transaction data on a need-to-know basis, and run daily reconciliation to detect discrepancies early. Card data, where applicable, is handled by PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways and is never stored on our platform.
We retain KYC documents and transaction records for the period required under applicable RBI guidelines and other Indian laws, after which records are securely archived or deleted.
